Cobalt blue embroidered forget me not flowers with peek hole showing the yellow lining with tulle layering. Smocked stretchy back on bodice for firm fit. Waist where blue band is measures 12.5”, underarm across is 14”, and length is 35” Wore this once many years ago, I bought it for one of those fancy horse race things. It needs to be dry cleaned, there is a grease mark? (almost looks wet) on the lower front skirt and a faint one on the bodice. Make me an offer!
