White cotton dress with light blue nautical pinstripes. Antique rose flower pattern in yellow, red and green all over. Ruffle flounce detail just under the bustline. Built in tie belt. Spaghetti straps. Longer 41" mini length. In great used condition. Made in Italy. No brand tag, I might have gotten from UO or Anthropologie, very well made. Cute, sweet, and romantic seersucker preppy twee stripes. Size M runs a little small.
