The landscape has hand carved hills and mountains along a winding coastline with classic architecture and a sail boat on the water. The cameo is set in a beautiful 18K gold scalloped edge frame with 18K white gold beads in between the scallops. Marked "18K Gemmarius Italy" on the back.
