This Prov Saxe Relish Dish/Tray has a background color of rich deep red (wine) with gold designs and accents centered by a Victorian scene featuring 2 ladies and a gentleman. Edge is irregularly "ruffled".  Some of the gold is lightly worn and there are 2 tiny spots on raised design that are rubbed. See photos. Handles are pierced for a finished look.
