Antique Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm repousse I LOVE U Flowers WWII Vtg

Beautiful antique puffy heart charm or pendant that has to repousse scrolls and flowers and the words I LOVE U across the front. This is believed to be World War 2 era.   Marked sterling.  The front and back are 2 separate pieces and I do not know if this is intentional as it does not appear to be damaged around the edges See photos for condition and size
