Antique 1940s Whiting and Davis mini frame bag clutch in gold tone color, made of mesh / brass chain metal. This is an evening bag, suitable for cocktail party, formal occasions, wedding, prom. Classic kiss lock top, ornately carved filigree brass metal frame, with chain link strap that can be tucked inside to convert the wristlet to a clutch. Lined in satin with Whiting & Davis signature in both the frame and the brocade interior tag sewn into the lining. Made in USA; authentic American vintage.
