amyinden Hi @brittanykenn003! I’m so sorry to hear about your grandma.❤️ Regarding the iPad you have for sale, when you say “AS IS,” does that mean there’s damage and that it doesn’t work? Or could a factory reset make it “like new” for whomever buys it?

brittanykenn003 @amyinden it should work, but it’s iCloud locked. My grandma can’t remember her password or email. She has dementia. We already got her a new iPad, so now we are just trying to get rid of this one.
