Apt 9 black speckled mid length dress

Apt 9 black speckled with white lines, mid length dress. This dress is extremely comfortable! Easy on with a zip up back. Machine wash and dry. Washes very well. Polyester, rayon, spandex. Mid section looks sort of like a belt but isn’t. Very flattering to your waistline. Size 4.
