Aqua Pull On Skirt

In Excellent Condition Never worn. Adorable and simple polyester and cotton skirt. Elastic waistband, so will stretch a bit. While stretched, the waist is about 17" laying flat. Would look great with a simple tee and white sneakers. Size medium. Measurements are in photos.
