Awesome 80's or 90's padded shoulder color block dress vintage inspired

Perfect dress to wear to an 80's themed party. No tags except for one that says 2 in the side of the skirt. I have researched all over the web and cannot find anything about this dress. I do feel that it's probably vintage inspired, not true vintage. It's in great condition. No pilling, stains or holes. Unlined. Has thin shoulder pads sewn in. Fabric is likely a polyester blend. Back button hole at waist has been stretched/enlarged a little bit. See last photo.
