@rjhandler89 hi! It’s about 14” across but it has an elastic waistband at the back for easy slip on/off. I thought I could fit it as a 28” waist but I think it’s meant to fit a 25-26” waist lol. Maybe 27”. Meant to sit lower on the hip I believe. Unless you have a shorter torso:) hope they helps!
