Baby Girls White Tutu 18-36 Months

So pretty. Sweet little tutu for a precious little girl. There are no tags inside, so I’m guessing this to be about an 18-36 month size. It measures 9” across at waist, 14” stretched. It is 8” in length. A pretty pink flower with pink satin ribbon hangs from the front center. This was in my prop stash.
