Beaded Two-Tier Bridal Veil

This was my bridal veil when I married my husband 40 years ago. It was originally attached to a beaded headpiece, which I’ve kept for grandchildren. When my daughter married, the headpiece was removed and the veil was professionally refitted to a satin comb. Some of the veil’s unique features include its two-tiered style (the inner tier has a row of pearls) and finished edges, which appear to be missing in many contemporary veils. It has been carefully preserved, and comes to you dry cleaned and pressed. I would describe it as in very good condition. There are no rips, stains, or other damage aside from ever-so-slight yellowing here and there on the seams that go largely unnoticed. Otherwise, it’s white and vibrant. While reluctant to part with it, I would like to pass it on to a bride who might like to include it as her “something old.” * I categorized this bridal veil under both hair accessories and wedding dresses so you would find it. 😉 Circa 1984
