There are NO inscriptions or writing of any kind in any of the books. All pages are in excellent condition, no stains, creases or tears. Some minor wear on some cover corners. Please look carefully at cover of Jemima Puddle-Duck for stain damage on top right corner and bottom center and then see third to last photo for stain on inside cover. Six books have dust covers (photographed separately) in good to poor condition and are included in the sale. Beautiful early edition set in very good condition considering their age.
