Beautiful Black and White Nine West skirt with embordered fabric

Nine West Black skirt with white embordered design, on the fabric. This skirt is so pretty and in very good pre-owned condition. Concealed, side zip with hook and eye closure. The tag says it's a size 10 but it wears a good bit larger, I think. Please see measurements.
