💙 Bellerose V-neck dress with tie waist and back cutout Size XS (Bellerose 0)

Gorgeous bright marine blue dress in a cool silhouette that drapes beautifully. I’ve only worn it once and would love for for someone to enjoy it! It’s a bit too long for me. Can totally be dressed up or down. Great hand feel: 100% heavier mid-weight viscose fabric. Tie belt over elastic in waist. The top fronthas center front stitch binding and back has a really pretty small cut out at the waist Ptp is 16.5” (but can fit smaller due the drape) Waist is 14.5” (with elastic and can be adjusted to fit slimmer with belt) Please excuse the background lighting as I have adjusted to make sure the actual color of the dress is accurate.
