This came from a retail return auction. Likely used once and returned. I tested it and it and works perfectly. This iron does not rotate itself. It allows you to rotate it manually easily with your thumb and for finger. See video. Heats up fast! In like new condition. Comes with box. Box has a lot of packing tape and barcode stickers on it.
