The Official Birds and Flowers of U.S. First Day Cover Collection is in Very Excellent Condition! In 1982 I sent away for this Set and every week they would send me a new envelope to put in the book. This Set has been in the back of the closet since 1982 and has rarely seen the light of day. I am downsizing and selling my stamp collection. This set has birds and flowers from the Fifty States.
