Black Floral Dress

Black long sleeve dress with white/cream and gold flowers. Scrunchy turtleneck with ties to make a bow in the back. Hayden Los Angeles brand. It does have a small bit of fabric coming out of the stitching on the bottom of the neck on the back of the right shoulder (see pictures). There is not a hole and the bit of fabric is very unnoticeable due to the busy pattern of the dress and scrunching of the neck piece.
