Black White Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt - Schoolgirl skirt - Small

Black and white plaid pleated skirt. Has buttons up the side front and one inside to close the skirt. Material is a soft, lightweight knit. Does not have stretch. Size tag is faded, but looks to be about a small. please see measurements. waist approx 13 3/4 inches length approx 17.5 inches * length has been hemmed by hand, if you want it a little longer, there's about an inch you can let out.
