Such a sweet little top! Textured Swiss dot fabric in a perfectly neutral cream color. Fully lined so it's not at all see-through. Cute details: ribbon trim around front and back, with ties in front that can be tied in a bow or just left hanging down, and ruffled shoulders. True to size (this brand does not run big like many do these days!). A couple of teeny tiny dots on the back that are not noticeable and would probably come out with the right stain remover! 100% cotton.
