It’s not complicated, it’s gorgeous! From By Together, Soft fabric flows over matching tank with adjustable straps. Off the shoulder sleeves with ruffle that comes to a V-neck in the back with tie for security. The front is a very flattering V-neck. Looks new. Check the stats, but I think this would fit a medium easily. You can wear this looser or snugger. See pics for details/measurements and please ask questions.
