CASAL Majolica Talavera Earthenware Vase Urn Mexican Art Vintage Handmade Large

This earthenware vase or urn was made by CASAL in Mexico during the 20th Century c. 1960. It is tin-glazed with a polychrome fruit motif. It is handmade and hand painted, too. Signed underfoot. Unusual ribbon handles. Comes with lid. Lemon or oranges with blue flowers on a red background is painted throughout. Time has earned this piece minor imperfections; there is a thin crack and a small chip on the lid. Holds water. 19.25”x13”x9”
