Candies Wrap dress with ruffle embelleshments XS

This dress by Candie’s is so feminine and flirty. It has a b neck to show of your decolletee without being too revealing- the PTP is a 17” and it has lots of stretch. This has the wrap dress look but it not a true wrap Dress. It is sewn and has the little tie for the illusion. It’s for flirty ruffles on the sleeves and the bottom is a ruffle with a sort of flirty tulip hem at the knees. The print is gorgeous with a jet black background d with grey and pink and white flowers. It’s got no snags or call outs and is great to wear to a special occasion. EUC!!!
