Chaps petite boat neck sleeveless summer dress. Only worn a few times. Size small petite. Navy blue with little white polka dots. Solid blue at the neck, arm and hem. Very comfortable. Dress it up or down!! 95% polyester, 5% elastane. Machine wash cold, hang (or lay)flat to dry. Very easy to care for. Pit to pit bust measurement is 16”. Near the waist measurement is 13” (26”) and the length from shoulder to hem is 32”.
