Chesley sun dress, brown and orange floral print

Dress is previously owned and gently used. There are signs of wear but no damage, re stains, rips, etc. The dress is small, too small for my dress form. Size tag is medium but I will state as extra small. Waist is 11" laying flat, maybe just a couple of inches extra inches due to elastic waist.
