Chico's vintage (?) corduroy pants with repairs made

Tan with yellowish undertone corduroy pants. Made in Hong Kong so I'm guessing these are vintage, possibly from the 80s. The button at the waist has been replaced with a button from another brand of pants and a tear in the waistband repaired, there are a few small color variations as shown, one on pocket and one on front right leg. Some stitching flaws in leg hems. I have attached a current size chart which indicates a size 2 is 12 or L, but as these may be an older, vintage style, please see photos of measurements for fit guidance.
