It is brand new but It is Nordstrom's protocol to de-tag all original tags before selling at the Last Chance stores*** If you are going for an oxford vibe, then Court & Rowe is the way to go in my opinion. I love their clothing because it is always very well made and gets discounted a lot at Nordstrom. This babe would be perfect by itself paired with any color jeans. I would go with white, red, or light blue jeans for a more casual day. On a work day, I would wear it over a blue or white button down shirt with black or white pants with flats. Either way you wear it would be perfect!!
