The fabric has no stretch. I\'m 5\'8 and wore 2 heels.Distress is new it does not have tags. It was never worn to any event. When I purchased it at source the tags were in the picture when the dress arrived. There were no new tags on the dress however it is definitely new. And a gorgeous ivory color .
