Cute and Comfy high low empire dress

$60 retail. High-low knit and chiffon dress by truly me. My daughter wore this once to a birthday party and ripped the skirt from the upper elastic waist. I’ve repaired it but I’m not a seamstress so it might look a little wonky from the underside. Empire, gathered elastic waist with high-low hemline. Polyester lined skirt. Features thermal knit textured top and long sleeves with cute, fabric rosettes.
