Smarty Kat Wild Streak Wand with Feather Attachment Toy Very long leopard fabric string. Feather attachment is attached by hook & loop. You could change it out if it got worn out. Guessing that is the purpose of it. Wand is 2 pieces. They have been stored for a while & the feathers are rough on them now. They have deteriorated & many have come loose. Very fun.
