It was made for Shapiro of salt lake City and is a very soft chocolate brown leather. It has a gold strap that can be doubled for a drop of 9.5 in or worn all the one side for a drop of approximately 17 in. It has a clasp enclosure to the main pocket with two pockets on each side of that. There are feet on the bottom for Extra protection and two smaller pockets inside the main pocket. This item measures approximately 6 in tall, 8 in wide, and 2.5 in deep. It is in good condition with some signs of wear that you are able to see in the pictures.
