Donna Karan linen silk blend skirt with mother of Pearl buttons

Top of the line Silk and linen blend Italian made skirt in a beautiful cream. It is a US size 4, IT 38, FR36 but runs small in my opinion. It was one of my favorite pieces. I don’t see any signs of wear but the buttons are slightly irregular and can almost look like the edge of the button is chipped but still round (see picture as this is hard to describe). I believe this is how they came.
