It has some scratches and minor staining on a few exterior areas which have been pictured as well as some wear on the straps. The strap is adjustable, it has a zip closure, and great interior pocket space to hold all of your belongings! It is a beautiful purse and high quality, it was originally $300 and is priced lower due to its flaws, although it's still got tons of life left in it.
