This is such a gorgeous dress from Draper James x Eloquii. It is in good preowned condition. The size tag has been cut out, but I compared it extensively to other measurements of the same dress and can confirm it is a size 16. There are no stains or obvious missing or loose beads. Measurments are approximate and were taken lying flat.
