thehoosiergirl @tjnorton Hi, the whole closet, if it’s huge (over 200 active items) share in sections and always rotate, so for example share skirts, then pants, then jeans, it’s up to you how you split it. The idea is, the more you share it, the more your items bump at the top of the ‘Just Shared’ sections. People often use that filter👍💖😊

thehoosiergirl @tjnorton Oh no hon, there’s no magical number, but these are the things that work for me, and for other closets in general, the bigger they are the more things you sell. Think of a physical store, the more you have to offer the better, peple like to bundle items. Of course it also depends on many factors how successful your closet it, but keep working on it, you’ll see progress😊👍

wearitlikemads Q ! So Share 20x per day... I try to keep my closet organized since there isn’t an easier way to sort. (Don’t mind my closet if you look it’s under construction) so then if I keep to that look I have to share things in order or it will go out of the organized posts?

jordansmom_2010 Thank you very much for the information! There are some things that I'm not doing that I will implement it immediately! My one issue is that I was told you only Share three to four times a day where as you say stairs 20 times a day! That's a big difference so I would definitely start sharing my closet more! I will keep you informed as to how my sales increase! Thank you once again!

thehoosiergirl @ghsmermaid I would say to relist it if there was no movement within a month....so if you have a big closet you should relist those items...also when you relist them, make sure you change the pics a bit, take new ones so the listing is fresh👍😊💖

thehoosiergirl @meskellys I share mine a lot, most of the days I can do 20 times if not more, depending on how much time I have of course, the way I do it: share categories, that way the top 10-20 always rotates. It also matters how big your closet is...if you have 500 items ir more, just rotate categories, it’s difficult to share all of it, not impossible but hard.😊💖

meskellys @ella0685 I also think I join too many share groups and I would maybe benefit more selfish sharing I have more followers than ALOT of people in share groups I’m noticing lately so I’m not going to look at that statistic on other closets anymore as it bothers that so many people r not active followers

thehoosiergirl @meskellys lol, yeah, Posh is time consuming, so you have to figure out where exactly to spend most of your time, shares or following...honestly I only do 3-4 groups daily, most sales come from new users, so following poshers works better for me than sharing and I’m focused mostly on following👍💖Again, each closet is different so these rules and results are not set in stone🌟

meskellys @ella0685 yep I do 12 groups a day and i follow avg 1000 a day i think it is time for a change up my summer was really rough I have to figure this out I was on fire from Jan. to Jun. then i dropped off the Posh earth cant figure it out i see picking up now alot of attention in my closet since monday funny monday but i have relisted and reshot my entire closet since july and I have built my inventory back up with plenty to list to boot looking forward to a fruitful Fall season im ready!!!

Add more stuff to your closet, that will always bring in more people, and wow, you do a lot pf share groups, maybe try something different, like following more people and do half the groups. Just giving you an idea, give it a week, see if it works better. I know that Posh only lets you follow about 10 K a day, so maybe try reaching that goal everyday for a week and see what happens😊💖

meskellys @ella0685 oh yes i have definately decided to change it up but it will be hard to skip some of them but i tthink i will just rotate groups each day and i only have 300 plus listings only takes 15 minutes or less to share so more self sharing especially prime time and following. I have yet to delve into hosting/cohosting a party. i figure i am going to have to eventually to step up a level IDK if it is necessary what do you think and how hard is it to do this party thing I AM CLUELESS

thehoosiergirl @meskellys Honestly the party thing is not worth it, I am not planing on doing it again, it’s such a hassle, you constantly get notifications from people like 2-3 weeks before the party and days before the party your feed is flooded with notifications, comments & people share tons of items to your closet. I was so tired and overwhelmed from it, honestly it’s not worth it, plus you don’t get any sales from it. That’s my experience.

23fashiongal This was very helpful! I thought I was sharing a lot, but realized I actually wasn't when you said try to share at least 20x! Definitely need to work on that. When people like your items, do you automatically send them a private offer for the item? Is that successful for you? Or do you find that price dropping is more successful? I'm still trying to figure out the best sales strategy.

thehoosiergirl @23fashiongal So glad this post is helpful to you, jeep sharing, especially in the mornings 7 am-12 pm and after 5-6 pm until the evening party ends. Those are prime times. I find that both offering private discounts or price dropping works, it’s up to you, I try to do it every 2 weeks, the goal is to get as many likes to your items as you can so when you do lower the price on your items it gets results😊💖👍

thehoosiergirl @23fashiongal You have a super cute closet by the way, clear shots for your items, looks really nice, my suggestion is to start following people if you’re serious about the app and selling. Posh allows you to follow up to 10 K people daily, I would max it out, people will follow you back and that’s how you’ll get eyes on your closet.😊👍

thehoosiergirl @rec75 Hi love, when someone added your item in a bundle youmll get notified, click on the notification you git and it will take you to a page where it has a button with make an offer💖Or if you have likes to that item, go on that item, hit lower right button Price Drop button and then Offer to likers. It will send everyone who liked your item a private offer😊💖Just play with Posh and explore the app, you’ll see where all the buttons are👍This is how you make an offer from your phone.

thehoosiergirl @waysofvesture Hi love, I delete the old listing, I know it’s hard to let go of it, especially if it has a lot of likes but if it’s been that long on Posh and no one bought it yet, time to delete it and list it again.💖😊Most people use the “Just In” filter when they look for items in their favorite brand, if you don’t relist it, it will be all the way at the bottom. I try to do it once a month.👍

trishndesert @ella0685 is there a way to just share an entire group of items at once? Or do I have to share item by item? If I want to just share like 10 different dresses all at on time how do I do that? Right now I click on each item one at a time. It takes FOREVER withnover a hundred items in the closet.

thehoosiergirl @lizzypoowitch You are very welcome, I hope this increases your sales and growth😊💕On the iphone, when you are in canera mode, select the ‘square’ window frame to take photos. The camera is set on standard ‘photo’, you’ll see it just above the shutter/white photo button, swipe to your right for the ‘square’ frane, that’s exactly the same frame Posh uses, you won’t have to use any other program now😊

thehoosiergirl @lizzypoowitch Groups are super simple, you put your name on the list like so @yourname and share everyone in the group, one at a time, however many shares each group say. My group requires that you share 10 for sale items from each closet. It’s super simple, just read the group rules a couple of times and once you start sharing you’ll understand better👍💕

I always get a lot of activity, shares, follows, sales from sharing from past parties. I don’t do a lot of share groups, up to 5 daily, but I do share out of share groups, that’s as beneficial if not more.💖😊

I follow mostly from the fresh closets and from the followers/folowing categories from closets who have over 100K of those.

thehoosiergirl As for the high price, it only matters if you plan on reducing the price of that item, which you should unless your price is always firm. You see, every time you lower the price of an item, all the poshers who’ve liked the listing get a notification (for example:X has lowered the item by 20%), if you put 0 for the original price, and any number for the listing price, when you lower the listing price of your item no one will get notified of the price change.

thehoosiergirl @louannajag Hi Carol, the bottles are not compliant, but my honest advice would be to just share what is compliant, don’t share those non compliant items.😊💖However it’s up to you if you decide to skip her completely, tell her about it or report the item to Posh, I don’t do it anymore, I used to, but it’s so time consuming and honestly most people don’t care, so I take the peace and love road😂🥰👍
