EUC GreenPan Ceramic Nonstick Grill Pan (11-Inch, Round)

This grill pan from GreenPan lets you bring the grill indoors, in a healthy way, because its ceramic nonstick coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Use it to grill burgers, fish, or vegetables. Raised ridges lift food out of fats and oil to deliver classic grill marks and healthier meals. The two handles are made of stainless steel. GreenPan says the pan's "magneto induction base" delivers uniform heat distribution on all cooking surfaces: induction, gas, electric, halogen, andceramic. The nonstick coating is reinforced with diamonds for added durability. GreenPan says it's safe to put the pan in the oven/broiler up to 600˚F, so it can be used stovetop-to-oven. GreenPan also says it's also OK to use metal utensils on it -- and to place it in the dishwasher. The pan is 11 inches in diameter (the handles add 2 inches each) and weighs around 3 lbs. This pan is in extremely good condition. It was used 1 time. The interior and exterior bottom look new. However, from its time in storage, the pan does have some wear and tear on the rim, mostly on the interior, near one of the handles. I've included lots of photos that show this area. This pan also has a tiny bit of stickiness on the exterior that I'm sure would come off with heavy-duty cleaner. I've only used dishwashing soap on it and I've never put it in the dishwasher.
