EUC RAJASTHANI METAL AND WOODEN JEWELRY BOX

EUC A gorgeous jewelry box made in the Indian northwest state of Rajasthan. It's base is made of wood with silver and gold tone metal adhered. The metal is heavily embossed with a brass hinged hasp to open the lid. It has beautiful feet in a curved style. This is in the Pitara style meaning treasure chest or box which originally were larger boxes for personal goods. It opens to a red velvet lining with a removable top tray and open compartment below. The interior of the lid features a mirror. It measures 7" wide, 5" in height and a depth of 4.5". It's in excellent condition and doesn't appear to have been used on the interior.
