Etro black burnt out velvet dress size 4(38) in EUC This is a gorgeous black velvet dress made in Italy by Etro. The dress has “leg o’ mutton” sleeves and an open squared neckline with ruffled collar.  The sleeves and upper back are decorated with “devoré” or burn-out velvet.  The dress is unlined and there are no closures, so the dress simply fits over the head.  The dress has an above the knee length and the skirt falls in drapes.
