radresells @thegoods32 Hello! Thanks for watching our channel! And oh nooooo, it’s happened to us too.. 🥲 In most cases, the buyers would probably want their actual item that they ordered. As the seller who messed up, you’ll be responsible for any shipping fees to get the items returned to the correct buyer 😩 This can be costly so you can make the decision on whether it’s worth it or just refunding the buyers for the item and let them keep the wrong item.
