@tattoogirl1879 I have 44 pictures of that top taken every single inch of it. I also STEAMED that top and saw nothing wrong. I have pictures of every seam, shoulder and neck. Packed it with tissue after steaming it in TWO plastic (including original bag. Not ONE thing was wrong. I definitely would have seen it while steaming. I have never had a case opened on me. Photograph every inch of a garment. Video tape packaging.

@tattoogirl1879 There is no way that was there when sent. It looks like it got cut when opening box or package. I inspect every inch before it goes out the door and take pictures of every Sq inch while packing. Video tape every minute of going in package with shipping label. Never had a case opened. This is NOT a rip as you first stated this is a cut. Sorry, won't sell the other one to you. Can't trust you.

@madeofstarlight Yes these are the measurements from the company. I normally measure from air out to air out if I don't have measurements from the company.

I have learned there are so many more important things to life and things I can control .... BTW thanks for the order. I steamed it an just,so you know the size label is on the fabric contact info.
