Flowy tiered dress with bell sleeves (small across the chest)

Oh my goodness! I’m so upset because I love love LOVE this dress! It is a size medium… but… It is tight through the chest. So possibly a small or extra small could wear this. Or a medium if you are not broad through the shoulders and not full in the chest. Otherwise it fits perfectly. It’s like a silky thin cool polyester of some sort. There are no tags. It lays well and is very flattering other than the incorrect sizing through the chest. Cute bell sleeves at the cuffs. Perfect as a bathing suit cover-up or can dress up. Sad to have to let it go!
