Free People Twisted Velvet/Satin Floral Maxi Skirt, Size 0

This pretty maxi skirt is a black velvet and floral satin print of salmon, green, blue and yellow. It has an 8” invisible side, zipper with hook and eye. Its fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Easy care, machine wash and dry. Measurements are length 40.5 inches and waistband 26 inches. Despite how pretty the skirt is unfortunately it has a few issues. The previous owner used an iron on to hem the skirt. I took it off and washed the skirt, but it left the residue underneath the skirt which you cannot see on the outside. The other issue is on the back of the skirt.(see last 2 pictures) some of the hem residue got on the skirt (two spots). Because of these issues price will be adjusted
