I normally take a bust measurement by going across the garment from one under-arm seam to the other under-arm seam, but that is impossible with a dolman-type top! I ended up measuring the top where I believe most busts will be! For the waist measurement, I measured the banded waist from one side to the other. Extra Small measurements: Bust: 54 inches (27" measured across while laid flat unstretched) Waist: 30" Length from shoulder seam to bottom: 25 inches Machine wash & lay flat to dry
