Freestyle Revolution Distressed Shorts Size 13

Preloved, great condition, cute lace hem, embroidery on back pockets, some loose threads but doesn't look out of place, see pictures for material content, measurements and loose threads. Hip measurements is 20" across front laying flat. They are a size 13 but did have the option on the size chart so I had to select size 13 juniors, open to reasonable offers.
