Gap Kids Girls Red & Off-White Striped Top Black Velvet Skirt Dress Size XL 12

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shubakstyle. Loved it, but is sadly outgrown! Such a cute piece! The top of the dress is a red and off white stripe and the bottom is a black velvet. Elastic waist band connects them. Sweet little gold buttons on one shoulder. Good preowned condition. Size XL 12.
