Gold four leaf heart necklace. Brand unknown

We have a shop I went to over the weekend I got 14 pcs. I’m still looking through what they are. This one comes up as a Tiffany necklace. Obviously no one would throw away one . Especially because this looks new. It also comes up a few other brands that sell this design: In other words I am selling as a used necklace with no name.
