Great blue t-shirt with tie dye patterned sleeves

Fabulous t-shirt but no idea what brand! Maybe I cut tag off bc itchy? Shirt is in perfect condition. Tag says 95% rayon, 5% spandex, but shirt feels like a soft cotton to the touch.
