H&M purple tulip hem shift dress

H&M royal purple dress with a tulip hem and wrap-style top. Nice thick material and fully lined. Side zip with hidden belt loops on either side of the waist (belt not included). Approximate measurements: chest 15”, waist 13.5”, length 35”.
