Halloween Costume Vest Accessory Black& White Stripes and Glittey Black

Halloween Costume Reversible Vest. Black and white horizontal stripes on one side. The other side is a solid black with glittery, wavy lines design. Velcro closure on both sides. No brand or size tag. Please refer to measurements for size. Approx measurements: shoulder to shoulder 14 1/2 ", arm pit to arm pit 18 1/2 ", length 20". In pre-owned great condition. Two flaws, small area on black side of vest and ink mark on white striped side. Please see last two pictures. No other tears, rips, holes or stains.
